KGMC International Meet 2012; Alaska Cruise 13th July - 20 July 2012 + pre & post tours
Dear Georgians,
I have now some information regarding above from the Air International
Travel Agent. Outside state room £1100 per person & with balcony £1700 per person. This does not include group booking discount (1
free/15 booking). I have though blocked 10 cabins.
I have asked to quote for 5 days post cruise coach tour 1 or 2 days in
Vancouver and rest Rockies, Banff & Calgary. (According to Canadian Travel
Agents itinerary 4 days in Vancouver is excessive and on Rockies trip only
a day in Lake Louise, Banff & Calgary combined is not enough)
If interested in pre cruise Denali Park 5 days trip, this can be arranged.
It seems air passage to Anchorage and return from Calgary if going for the
above. However, I feel, colleagues may have different dates for onward &
return journey and Air International would be happy to find keen prices.
I would be pleased if you kindly let me know your preferences by mid next
week so that I can give exact numbers to negotiate a better price.
